Used for: Ensuring active trip synchronization and machinery status sync remains uninterrupted even when switching between apps during an active rental service.

Used for: Allowing vehicle owners to photograph machinery and upload verification documents, and letting farmers upload profile pictures or field condition receipts.

Used for: Enabling direct UPI Intent payment integration via Razorpay SDK, allowing seamless 1-click checkout through installed UPI payment applications on your device.

📌 Home Screen Widget (RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED & APPWIDGET_UPDATE)

Used for: Updating glanceable home screen widgets on your phone for active booking statuses without requiring you to constantly open the app.

⚙️ How to Manage or Revoke Permissions You can grant or revoke any of these permissions at any time on your Android device by navigating to Settings > Apps & Notifications > Agrivaan Farmer App / Owner App > Permissions.

4. Third-Party SDKs & Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We integrate with trusted third-party service providers to power essential app functionality under strict data confidentiality agreements:

5. Data Retention & Mandatory Account Deletion Policy

Google Play Console policy mandates that all users must have a clear mechanism to request full account and data deletion. We fully honor your right to be forgotten.

Option A: In-App Account Deletion

Open either the Agrivaan Farmer App or Agrivaan Owner App.
Navigate to Account / Profile Settings.
Tap on "Delete Account" and confirm your mobile number via OTP.

Option B: Web / Email Deletion Request

If you have uninstalled the application or cannot access your phone, send an email to our Data Protection Team at support@agrivaan.com or crafzio@gmail.com with:

What happens after your request:

All personal profile data, saved locations, vehicle listings, and FCM tokens will be permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days. Transactional records (such as tax invoices) will be retained solely to comply with applicable statutory tax laws.

Our applications are designed exclusively for adult farmers, machinery owners, and agricultural service providers aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we discover that a minor has submitted personal information, we will delete it immediately.
